Tidak Bisa Format HDD Drive

Pernah kejadian mau format HDD tapi ternyata tidak bisa karena ada pesan "Windows cannot format this drive. Quit any disk utilities or other programs that are using this drive and make sure that no windows is displaying the contents of drive. Then try formatting again."
tidak usah bingung,ikuti beberapa langkah berikut :
1. Buka Run via start menu
2. Ketik diskmgmt.msc pada kotak Open, Kklik Oke
3. Maka akan muncul Dis Managment
4. Klik kanan Drive yang ingin  di fiormat,klik Format,Klik Oke
5. Tunggu sampai muncul pesan "Warning: Forcing a format might cause unexpected errors in the application that works using this volume. Do you want to continue
6. Klik Yes
7. Tunggu sampai proses format selesai
